• Games: 20 regular season games + playoffs 

• Dates: September 28, 2025 - March 22, 2026

• Schedule: Sunday gameday

• Venues: Sport for Life Centre, Dakota Fieldhouse, MBCI, West Kildonan Collegiate

💰 Peg City Registration Fees

Teams can pay their league fees in one lump sum or by installments. Installment payments are subject to an administration fee. 

• EARLY BIRD: Save $100 off team registration fees if 1st payment is made before August 18, 2025 (Use PromoCode: EARLYBIRD100)

• Team Entry: $3550 + $200 deposit (due September 12, 2025)

  • or First Installment: $2100 + $200 deposit (due September 12, 2025) and Second Installment: $1500 (due November 30th, 2025)

• Individual Entry: $375/player

*All teams must pay a $200 default deposit in addition to league fees. Returning teams will be credited their previous year’s deposit provided no games defaulted.

1. What is the Canada Basketball Fee?

The Canada Basketball Fee is a $9 annual payment that goes directly to Canada Basketball (renews every September). We've separated it from the regular registration fee to ensure that it's only paid once per year. This change saves you money — you now only pay it once per year, even if you play in multiple leagues or on more than one team in the same season. 

• For example, if you paid it for the Spring league, you won't need to pay it again for the Summer.

2. What is the Basketball Manitoba Insurance Fee?

The Basketball Manitoba Insurance Fee is a $37 annual payment made directly to Basketball Manitoba (renews every September). We've separated it from the regular registration fee to ensure that it's only paid once per year. This change saves you money — you now only pay it once per year, even if you play in multiple leagues or on more than one team in the same season. 

• For example, if you paid it for the Spring league, you won't need to pay it again for the Summer.

3. Are we supplied jerseys for fall/winter league?

No, but we can help direct you to some options that meet your budget!

4. What if my team already has its own jerseys?

Great news! Just make sure:

• Jerseys have numbers on both the front and back

• Each player wears their own individual jersey (no sharing or lending)

As we move forward, we’ll no longer be manually correcting stats, as this creates delays that affect the entire league. To keep your stats accurate, make sure each player wears a consistent, numbered jersey throughout the season.

5. What if we need a sub for a game?

No problem! Just make sure:

• They have registered to your team, all players must be insured and cannot "play as someone else"

• You give is a heads up via email ahead of the game with what number they will be wearing, the sooner the better.
